Google's License Renewed in China

This announcement just today:

The [Chinese] government has renewed our ICP (Internet content provider) license

If you are keeping track, first Google pulled out of China. Then, Google sought to return, and now they needed their contract renewed. 400 Million internet users in China is Google's incentive for staying, though they are second in market shares (30%) to Baidu (60%).
