Bike Training

In order for us to stay here, we need to get residence cards from a city about 50 km away, and we are hoping to make a day of it and bike that distance.  Well, in preparation for that trip, we decided to bike the voie vert ("green way"!) about 35-38 km on Saturday to a lake just north of us, the largest lake in France we are told!

    We had fun, but we were exhausted afterwards since we biked in the heat of the day (80-90 degree sunny weather)! We'll have to plan our trip to Grenoble for the early morning...
